Informal service as West Thurrock marks start of Remembrance season

A SHORT and informal Remembrance service took place in West Thurrock this afternoon (Sunday, 6 November).

It was led by Rev David Peterson, team vicar within the Grays Thurrock team ministry, with pastoral oversight of St. Clement's Church, West Thurrock.

Borough mayor Cllr James Halden attended and wreaths were laid by local councillors Qaisar Abbas and Lee Watson.
