THE Port of Tilbury will be hosting a recruitment event next week when details of many job opportunities at the port will be available.

It will take place on Monday, 3 July at the Cruise Terminal.

Among the jobs that will be highlighted, and which are currently available are posts as warehouse supervisor, warehouse operatives, warehouse apprenticeships and gatehouse/logistics administrators.

No registration is required, the port welcomes visitors to pop along to the event at a convenient time, anytime between 10am-6pm

A port spokesperson said: "Join us at our in-person recruitment event where you can find out more about working at the Port, our current vacancies and the recruitment process, find out about our compensation packages, as well as an opportunity to meet some of the team.

"We are looking for a variety of skillsets within the areas listed above, and welcome you to join us whether you are actively seeking a new role, or simply wish to find out more."
