A YOUNG man has told how the work of Thurrock Prince's Trust has helped change his life.

The Trust offers 11 to 30-year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to transform their lives through a wide variety of activities including community involvement.

It says: "We believe that every young person should have the chance to embrace exciting opportunities."

One man who has done just that is Scott, who has taken to social media to share his successes.

He says: ""The Prince's Trust has really helped me boost my confidence and the team programme was the best thing I have done.

"After the 12 weeks I became an Young Ambassador for the trust.

"I have made a lot of new friends and it has shaped my career path as I really want to embark on a career in youth work or admin."
