Major delays on M25 on Kent side of crossing following 'structural incident'

THERE is currently major disruption on the kent side of the Dartford crossing following what Highways England have described as a 'structural incident' between junction 2 and 1A.

Traffic is tailing back in both directions.

A Highways England statement at 3.06pm said: "This is an ongoing incident - trapped traffic is slowly but safely being turned around and at least 1km left to do. Be assured that ALL agencies are working towards opening this as soon as possible."
