POLICE are appealing for witnesses following a collision involving a pedestrian and a bus in Grays late last night (Saturday, 12 November).

Officers were called to London Road, close to the junction with East Street, shortly after 11pm and a man in his 50s was taken to hospital with serious leg injuries.

If you were a witness to the collision, have any information or relevant dashcam footage, the police have asked if you could contact Chigwell Roads Policing Unit on 101 and quote incident 1374 of November 13.
