Man rushed to hospital after incident in Corringham

A MAN was rushed to hospital by road ambulance after an incident in St John's Way this morning (Monday, 20 March) when he was in collision with a vehicle.

Emergency services, including the Essex and Herts Air Ambulance which brought medics, attended the mid morning incident.

A statement from East of England Ambulance Service says: "One ambulance, an ambulance officer vehicle and Essex and Herts Air Ambulance attended a road traffic collision at St John's Way, Corringham this morning (March 20).

"One man was transported to the Royal Free Hospital by road ambulance with a serious injury."
