Updated with news of arrests: Manorway open after overnight incident - Police officer reported to have been injured

THE Manorway and link roads in Stanford-le-Hope and Corringham are all open this morning (Wednesday, 29 May) following an overnight incident.

Residents have reported a considerable presence of police in the early hours and there were reports of a damaged vehicle.

In addition Nub News understands a police officer may have been injured.

The road was reported to be closed at one point while the incident was managed by emergency services.
