Opening day proves a big success for Albert's pie and mash!

A NEW food outlet opened in Thurrock today with the launch of Albert's Pie and Mash in Corringham.

The restaurant and takeaway business (check out Facebook) is based on Lampits Hill and its first day proved a big success with more than 200 pies - all freshly cooked - sold.

Business was so good that owner Danny Brodie and his team spent the late afternoon producing a new batch!
