Plan for solar farm in rural area of borough

A SOLAR farm, is being planned for rural land close to South Ockendon.

Thurrock Council has been asked if it would require an environmental impact assessment by the developers who propose a ground-mounted solar panel farm on a site on land off Fen Lane and Medebridge Road, South Ockendon.
