POLICE are appealing for anyone who saw how a vehicle was being driven following an incident on the A13.

A statement from the Essex force says: "We were called at 9.20pm on Thursday (8 July) with concerns about how a silver Ford Focus was being driven on the A13 near Basildon.

Officers stopped the vehicle on the same road near Grays.
