Police call for witnesses after man is attacked by gang of four in High Street

DETECTIVES are appealing for witnesses following an altercation in High Street, Aveley, on Tuesday, 8 September.

Officers were called at around 1pm and told a man in his 20s had been assaulted by four men. The man had just got into his white pickup truck with a drop side when the attack happened.

The four men believed to be in their 20s were driving a silver car.

Police believe this was a targeted attack.
