Police issue picture to help search for man involved in store assault

POLICE have released an image and are appealing for any information that will help identify a man officers want to speak to in connection with an assault in Grays.

A statement from Essex Police says: "We were called with reports a man had been assaulted by three individuals at Morrisons in London Road on 2 February.

"The victim was left with facial injuries.

"Officers have pursued a number of lines of enquiry to identify those involved, and are now appealing for the public's help identifying a man seen on CCTV at the store.

"If you have any information about this assault or can help us identify this man, please contact us quoting investigation number 42/16152/25.
