Police seek man after incident in South Ockendon

POLICE have issued a picture of a man they wish to speak to following an incident in South Ockendon earlier this week.

A statement from Essex Police says: "We want to speak to Tarrel Hinds in connection with a collision which took place at around 5.30pm on Tuesday, 2 March, in Windstar Drive, South Ockendon.

The 24-year-old has links to Enfield, Hainault and Redbridge in London. Anyone who knows of his whereabouts is asked to contact us."

Anyone with information can submit a report online via this link where you use the 'Live Chat' button to speak to an online operator between 7am and 11pm. Alternatively, you can call 101.

Information can also be given to independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 where you can remain anonymous.
