Police seeking man following Corringham collision

POLICE are seeking the public's help as they bid to speak to 26-year-old Charles Willats in connection to a collision in Corringham.

He is described as white, of slim build, with very short brown hair.

A police statement says: "At about 12.30pm on 27 April, two vehicles were involved in a collision in Gardner Avenue, leaving one person injured.

"A driver failed to stop at the scene, failed to report the collision, and was driving without a licence or insurance.

"We believe he was last living in Chadwell St Mary and he has connections to Basildon.

"If you see Willats or have any information regarding his whereabouts, contact us quoting incident number 524 of 27 April.
