THERE has been a happy outcome to the search for a missing Thurrock man.

Thurrock Nub News reported on Monday evening (20 July) on the efforts to track down 50-year-old Frank Hlordzi, who had disappeared from his home in the borough.

An appeal for the public to help find him was issued. Police said they were "incredibly concerned for his welfare" and the force helicopter spent more than an hour in the air over Thurrock as part of a co-ordinated effort to find him.

However, there was no immediate trace but today (Friday, 24 July) a statement said: "Great news! We are no longer looking to find Frank Hlordzi, 63, who was missing from his home in Thurrock."
