THE latest 'yarn bombing' in Thurrock has taken place at a community's post office.

Thurrock Nub News recently featured the Needles and Chat group run by Susan Burns as they began knitting poppies to adorn local landmarks.

Today (Thursday, 4 November) group organiser Susan Burns put her latest creation on display on the letter collection box outside Little Thurrock's Post Office.

And if you would like to support the Poppy Appeal you can by one of the group's woollen poppies at the Post Office, priced £2.
