Remembring the floods with event at library

THURROCK Museum Volunteers' first exhibtion of 2023 will mark the 70th anniversary of the East Coast Floods, specifically the impact on Thurrock. 

This free exhibition is also part of a larger event which takes place at the Thameside Complex on Saturday, 28 January. 

The attached poster outlines the events on that day. 

The exhibition is open from Saturday, 28 January until Friday, 10 February (closing at 11am on the last day).
