Residents take opportunity to check out new estate proposal

RESIDENTS in Stanford-le-Hope had the opportunity this afternoon (Tuesday, 20 May, to check out plans for a new 121 home housing estate on the edge of town.

The development is proposed by a company called EA Strategic Land which orgaised a 'pop-up consultation event' tiday on King Street. It runs until 7pm.

EA Strategic land is planning to submit an outline planning application to Thurrock Council for their proposals later this year.
