Shop change proposal to create additional cultural centre space in Tilbury

AN application has been made to Thurrock Council to expand an education and cultural centre in Tilbury.

Tilbury Education and Cultural Association already operates from 159 St Chads Road and plans have been submitted for a change of use of the shop next door, known as Kushty - a fruit and vegetable general store and off-licence to similar use.

Plans submitted show additional meetings rooms and office space being created.
