THE scent of something different is in the air at Chadwell St Mary where a new shop will open this weekend as a Thurrock family takes its onlne business from the virtual to the real world.

Lemon Fresh UK Ltd is a family run company which has been operational online for four years stocking a wide range of Spanish cleaning.

Ian Colley is driving the business forward with new premises at 85, River View, and says: "We stock a wide range of Spanish Cleaning Products including the Nenuco range, Asevi range and much more. In fact we have now over 190 products we stock and sell.

"We stock toiletries like shampoo, bath soap as well as household cleaning products such as floor cleaners, toilet drops, washing detergents, washing softeners and even liquid washing perfume.

"Many people who have never tried Spanish products ask us what is the difference? The biggest difference is the perfume. Compared to many UK products the Spanish absolutely pride themselves on the gorgeous fragrances of their cleaning products.

"From air fresheners that smell like the ocean, to floor cleaners which make your whole house smell of flowers, we have a huge range of products all with a good level of perfume ensuring your home smells amazing!

"We are also proud to stock products which are safe to use around pets, are not tested on animals and are cruelty free. We also pride ourselves on products being recyclable and working with Spanish manufacturers who operate with the planet in mind.

"Our family business has grown over four years online, and we feel it is time Thurrock has something fresh and different on the high street.

"Not just another takeaway, estate agents or barbers, but something completely different to bring people from all other Thurrock areas and beyond to our door. Being born and raised in Thurrock we want to give back to the local area and we hope this shop does exactly that!"

The shop is at 85 River View in Chadwell St Mary and will be opening its doors for the first time at 10am on Saturday, 26 September.
