Stanford pays its respects at packed town tribute

A LARGE crowd again turned out for the Remembrance Day service in Stanford-le-Hope, led by Rev Tom Rout.

Dozeons of local youth organisations including scoutgs, guides, arm and air cadets took part in the ceremony, laying wreaths.

MP Stephen metcalfe was also presetn and laid a wreath while ward councillor Shane Hebb laid a wreath on behalf of the mayor.
