Take your own brew but help and friendship is available

By Neil Speight 17th May 2021

A LOCAL group that supports people with mental health issues is to host the first of a series of regular coffee afternoons on Friday, 21 May.

It is ab event with a difference though - you've got to take your own coffee!

Reach Put For Mental Health will be at the Beehive on West Street, Grays, with the message: "If you're finding life a bit tough, come along to our coffee afternoons for some support, understanding and reassurance from trained volunteers and others feeling a bit low."
