A THURROCK business has helped a borough school by donating artificial turf.

Landscape company &Scape made the donation to Deneholm Primary School in Grays. [.L]

The company's Rob Seaman said: "The school had posted on Facebook last week asking for materials for their reception playground area. We were delighted to answer their call for help. We had some leftover artificial turf from a recent job and we are very pleased to be able to donate the turf to the school.

"We hope that the school and children get great use out of it."
