THURROCK Council announce funding for Private Residents and Tenants with low or poor energy efficient ratings.

As a home owner I had the opportunity to have my entire system replaced three years ago under a similar scheme which was not means tested.

Then the problem was finding Residents to take advantage of the scheme as the majority of us take the view that you don't get nothing for nothing in this world. I urge residents who feel they may qualify to apply. Thurrock Council advise:

Are you a homeowner or private tenant? If your property has no central heating or poor energy efficient ratings, you could be eligible for the Warm Homes Fund programme.

We're working with Aran Energy Services to install gas central heating and hot water systems as the weather gets colder and help to improve your health.
