Thurrock service offers help with issues via series of counselling sessions

THURROCK Mind will be restarting a number of courses from later this month, helping local people deal with issues connected with their mental health.

Counselling group session will begin with a meeting dealing with depression and anxiety on Tuesday, 28 January from 10.30am to noon.

Confidence and assertiveness will be considered at sessions starting on Wednesday, 12 February (6.30 to 8pm) and anger management series of meetings will commence on Monday, 17 February between the same hours.
