TipToe tribute to NHS in song and dance

By Neil Speight 28th Apr 2020

THE coronavirus lockdown is certainly putting the creative ideas of Thurrock people to the test and we have already brought you a number of videos and songs from local schools, organisations and individuals – many in support of the NHS and carers.

They will produce a lasting reminder of how we felt going through the crisis and the community spirit that was shown.

Today (Tuesday, 28 April) we are delighted to bring you a digital performance including song and dance from the TipToe Stage School in South Ockendon.

TipToe Festival captain Elena Carter, said: "In a horrible time, it's so lovely to see such wonderful things happening and the world coming together to support one another.

"We wanted to share with you the thanks from our TipToe students, teachers and families and the support that is continuing to circuit through the school even when we can't be together.

"Sung and danced by our wonderful students, please watch our beautiful tribute to the NHS.

"It was a very magical moment putting this together and an emotional one."
