Triple hunt underway over prison away days

POLICE are now looking for a third man with connections to Thurrock who is wanted for failing to return to prison.

Last week Thurrock Nub News reported on two men who officers were looking for.

John Connors (left) and Stephen Dowman went missing last week.

Now a third has been added to the list as police want to speak to Jake Pittaway in connection with a recall to prison.

The 28-year-old, who also goes by the name Jake O'Sullivan, is described as 5ft 8ins tall, medium build, wit short brown hair. He has links to Grays and Norwich.

An police statement says: "If you have any information, CCTV, dash cam or other footage in relation to this incident, then please get in contact with us. Please quote the crime reference number 42/36412/26.

"You can let us know by submitting a report on our website where you can use our online Live Chat service available Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 10am-9pm.

"Visit https://www.essex.police.uk/digital101to find out more about our website reporting services. Alternatively, you can call us on 101.
