A DEVELOPER appears determined to get the most out of a plot of land in Stanford-le-Hope - going back to Thurrock Council with a third application for the same plot.

Planning permission was granted for two one bedroom flats on the site of existing single story garages on land to the rear of 42-44 Fairview Avenue.

However, in a bid to double up a second application was submitted in November to build four flats but that was refused.

Now the difference has been split and permission is being sought for a new deign featuring three flats.
