A warm welcome awaits as bowls club opens up rinks to new players

THE opportunity to have a go at lawn bowls will be offered in Grays tomorrow evening (Monday, 25 April).

Thurrock Bowls CLub is once again invited people to visit their club and try out the sport.

Thurrock Nub News visited the rinks in 2020 to feature the activities and clubs, including Thurrock Town Bowls Club, there and - post Covid - the bowlers at King George V Playing Field, on Blackshots Lane, (RM16 2JU) are once more hoping to attract new players.

Starting tomorrow, from 6pm Thurrock Bowls Club host a club night and there will be two level one coaches on hand to give out hints.
