AFTER a successful league season that saw Thurrock RFC claim a league title and promotion, thoughts turn to cup success today (Saturday, 2 May),

Tees Firsts will be at home to Cheshunt at Oakfield where the two sides will battle it out for a spot in the semi-finals of the Counties 1 Championship

The competition features eight sides from across the country that won their divisions. The other six are Aldwinians, Crewe & Nantwich, Evesham, Novocastrians, Paignton and Weybridge Vandals

Kick off is 3pm and Thurrock will field strong side with plenty of experience across the park
