A GRAYS-based businesses is branching out across the borough – and further afield – as it continues its success story.

Griffin Residential, based at the Queensgate Centre on Orsett Road, opened its doors in there in January 2004.

The company is a family-run estate and property management businesses, directed by Alan Webb and specialises in residential sales, lettings and block management. Griffin fully manage more than 900 properties.

In addition, the company runs its own charitable foundation, set up by Mr Webb and awarded full charitable status in January 2014.

Trustees Ashley Froment and Simon Windham ensure gives the public of Thurrock an opportunity to apply for grants for individuals, projects and charities within the borough.

And the growth of the business and reputation of Griffin continues.

Over recent weeks Griffin has been introducing Thurrock to our brand new fresh identity.

Alongside this Griffin has now successfully opened a new Hornchurch based branch, with Elm Park and Stanford-le-Hope opening in the coming months ahead.

And with expansion comes opportunities.

Mr Froment says: "Our strong branding will radiate throughout our head office in Grays and all new offices in the surrounding boroughs. If you are looking to sell or rent your home, or have any property related questions, please do not hesitate to contact our experienced team.

"And with our natural expansion across Thurrock and beyond comes exciting opportunities to join our team. We are looking for a lettings manager and an in-house marketing consultant.
