GRAYS-based Griffin Residential, who also have offices in Ockendon and Stanford-le-Hope, have come up with a novel way of supporting and promoting this year's Orsett Show, which takes place on Saturday, 2 September.

The company is making 100 boards promoting the show that it will place in homes across the borough.

Now all that's needeed are locations and the call has gone out to residents to ask if they will display one. Griffin will then do the rest!

And as an incentive, all those who take a board will go into a draw for one of two prizes.

The first is acces to the showground and two individual rides on the helicopter that will be located at the show on the day - the second is two show tickets.

If you are able and willing to take a promotion board - the size of a normal estate agen'ts for sale board - please submit you name via this link.

Residents of Thurrock only, any submissions not in Thurrock, will not be included.
