Concord Rangers 3, Grays Athletic 1
GRAYS manager Darren Manning has acted after Saturday's (13 September) derby defeat at Concord, which leaves Blues just above the drop zone, by announcing he is seeking to strengthen his management team.
After the match Manning says: "I am looking to add a lead coach/assistant Manager to the coaching staff. You would be an integral part of the staff!" He can be contacted at @darren_manning.
Saturday's game had started promisingly for the Blues, with Oscar Shelvey putting them ahead after 16 minutes with a goal against one of his former clubs.
The lead was held until deep into added time at the end of the first half when Bobby Kelman converted a penalty for Rangers.

The same player struck just eight minutes into the second half, rounding Grays stopper George Marsh to tap home.
Manning, who had replaced Casey Nolan-Samuels with Joe Paxman just before the second goal, made three more changes during the second half in a bid to turn the match around, but it was Rangers who were to have the final say in the last minute when Khristopher Oti scrambled the ball home from close range.
Grays have a chance to bounce back on Tuesday (16 September) when they travel to Walthamstow.
