Duo look for October bounceback while Rocks seek to continue winning streak

TILBURY and Grays will seek to start October on the upturn today (Saturday, 3 October) but face matches against opposition in the top seven of the Isthmian North.
Both borough clubs had disappointing Septembers and languish in the two positions just above the drop zone.
Tilbury, who are 17th with nine points from eight matches and have just two wins in the league in the bank, play host to Redbridge who sit in fourth place. The visitors have been strong on the road, with three wins from four awaydays, so Dockers will need to find a lift in form and bounce back quickly from last week's 3-0 defeat at Sudbury.
Grays are a place below Dockers and travel to seventh place Newmarket, who will be in optimistic mode at the Tristel Global Stadium where they have accrued ten of their 13 points to date.
After two weeks on the road when they enjoyed wins against Hertford Heath and London Harts, East Thurrock Community FC return to Rookery Hill, where they will entertain Athletic Newham in the Thurlow Nunn Eastern Counties League South Division.
Those away wins have lifted Rocks to seventh, while Newham sit 15th.
