THE local non-League football season comes to an end this weekend with three matches.

Aveley will complete their season in the Vanarama National South with the visit of Bath City to Parkside - and it is a matter of conjecture about when the two teams might meet again, following Aveley's relegation.

The match will also be the last in charge for manager Danny Scopes, who is stepping away from the club and his successor, Brett Munyard will take over for the new Isthmian Premier campaign.

In the Isthmian North, after their Easter Monday 0-0 derby draw, Grays and Tilbury complete their season.

Tilbury, who narrowly missed out on making the play-offs, will look to secure an impressive sixth spot in their first season back at Step Four with a win at home to Maldon & Tiptree.

Grays will end with a trip to relegated Sporting Bengal United and a win could put them into eighth in the final standings.
