Bognor Regis Town 1, Aveley 1

AVELEY hoped to get back to winning ways against a side who had gone six matches without a win but in the end had to settle or a draw.

The last time these two met in the Isthmian Premier in August, Bognor delivered their best performance of the season, winning 6-1 in what remains of the results of the campaign to date.

But there was none of that excitment at Nyewood Lane, both sides having to be satisfied with one goal and one point.

Nathan Odokonyero scored the opener for the Rocks four minutes before the break, his nineteenth of the campaign - whilst Kenny Aileru got the equaliser for the visitors 19 minutes from time.
