IN-form goalscorer Toby Aromolaran, who has bagged nine goals in 12 appearances for Millers this season, has left the club and joined Isthmian Premier rivals AFC Whyteleafe.

Coming in from the Surrey club is 23-year-old striker Francis Mampolo.

Since joining Millers from Hashtag in January 2026, 27-year-old Aromolaran - a former participant in TV's 'Love Island', has made 33 appearances for the club, scoring 16 and assisting a further eight times. Of his 12 appearances this season, he has only completed 90 minutes in two of them, the last being his last appearance for the club in the recent 2-0 defeat by Dulwich.

Mampolo brings with him experience of National South football, having played for Dover Athletic and Tonbridge Angels, clocking in more than 2,100 minutes of Step 2 football.

He has also featured for Folkestone Invicta, Margate, Chatham and Maldon & Tiptree.

Aveley have also made a signing adding to the list of connections with neighbours Brentwood Town. Managers and players of both clubs, past and present, have been moving between the clubs on a frequent basis since Brett Munyard quit Millers for the Arena Stadium in September.

The latest arrival at Parkside also includes Brentwood on his résumé.

Goalkeeper Tommy Goodger has joined Aveley on a work experience loan from West Ham United for 14 days.

Goodger signed from Exeter City in January 2025 and secured his scholarship in the summer of the same year.

He made his debut for the Under 18s against U18 Premier League and FA Youth Cup Champions Aston Villa in April 2025. Goodger then helped Hammers U18s reach back-to-back Premier League Cup semi-finals, saving a penalty in their shootout win over Aston Villa.

This season he has played four times for the U18s making 21 saves in 360 minutes played.

He then joined Brentwood Town on loan for a short term loan, making his debut against Millers in the FA Cup match at Parkside in September when current Aveley boss Alex Akrofi was the visitors' interim manager. Twenty-four hours later Akrofi was named the new Millers boss.
