DOCKERS crashed out of the FA Cup at Cheshunt's Theobalds Lane Stadium where they were brushed aside by their hosts from the Spartan South Midlands Premier Division.

It took the hosts just seven minutes to grab the initiative with Zenon Stylianidias crashing home a free kick that was won through his surging forward run which was ended with a foul on the edge of the box.

And it wasn't long before the hosts added a second when Stylianidias turned provider and his 19th minute cross was tucked away by Tobi Coker.

Johnny Ashman almost got Tilbury back intothe match after being set free by Harry Donovan but though his volley beat the keeper, it found the crossbar.

It was proving to be a disastrous first half for the Dockers and things got worse when Coker was played through and he produced a good finish and then, to add to Tilbury's disappointment they conced a fourth with an own goal before the half time break.

The start of the second half didn't prove much better and Alfie Bangura added to Tilbury's despair with a fifth goal on the hour.

Things might have been even worse but for a penalty save in the last minute by Anthony Page. On any other day, such a feat might have been celebrated but there was little cheer for Tilbury from any aspect of today's heavy defeat.

They are back in action on Tuesday (8 August) when they travel to Barking in the Essex Senior League. Barking did enjoy FA Cup success today, winning 1-0 at Cockfosters.
