TILBURY have lost two-nil to Barking in the Errington Challenge Cup second round.

Tuesday's (12 March) game at Mayesbrook Park was one to forget as Dockers suffered a rare falter.

Barking scored the first goal of the game after 37 minutes as Izzy Bademosi slotted home just inside the penalty area.  Just after half time in the 50th minute Kenedi Deriri hit a wonderful strike on his left foot into the top right corner to send the hosts two-up.

It went from bad to worse for Tilbury as Jack McQueen was sent off in the 64th minute.

Dockers failed to impress and exit the cup.

Tilbury go again on Saturday (16 March) when they play Buckhurst Hill at Myrak Park in the Essex Senior League. Buckhurst have only won one of their last five league games at sit 15th in the league.
