THURROCK Hockey Club will be playing host to a 'come and try it' day on Saturday, 9 September.

Thorough the day there will be age group sessions (outlined below), fopllowed by a social event in the club hpouse.

The club is based at the USP Campus, Palmer's College Chadwell Road, Grays (RM17 5TD).

Saturday's timings

• 10.00-10.45: Minis training session (Age 5-12, all welcome)

• 10.45-11.45: Training games for Men

• 11.45-12.30: Beginner Adult session (All welcome)

• 12.30-13.15: Training games for Ladies

• 13.15-14.00: Minis games (Age 5-12, all welcome)

• 14.00-15.30: Mixed games (Age 12+, all welcome)

• 15.30 onwards: Social gathering in the clubhouse
