THURROCK T-Birds seconds delighted a large turn-out of supporters at Twickenham this afternoon as they lifted the Papa Johns Women's Junior Cup at Twickenham.

T-Birds turned in a dominating performance and were never behind to Sheffield Tigers, winning 36-14.

However, it was a different story in the Community Cup Women's Championship Final when the Firsts met Cheltenham Tigers who were far too physical for the T-Birds and won comfortably 42-10.
