Tomorrow is a vital day for Thurrock T-Birds who travel to London Irish Ladies in the Womens Championship South.

It's the last league match of the season for T-Birds who top the table, six points ahead of second-placed Old Albanians, who have a match in hand - as do third-placed Richmond FC who are seven points behind.

London Irish sit fifth. The sides met on the opening day of the season at Oakfield when T-Birds were 21-12 winners.
