Next month a 5K run organised by Chafford Hundred running club aims to bring the community together in memory of murder victim Henry Nowak and to show support to his family & friends.

People can run, jog or walk.

Additionally, Henry's family would like to raise vital funds for 2wish, the bereavement charity that is assisting them and will help so many other families who experience the sudden & unexpected loss of a child or young adult under the age of 25.
