On Sunday 1st February, we are holding our monthly Community Cafe drop-in at the wonderful Community House, in Grays, Essex. RM17 6DR.

There will be the opportunity to see some amazing rare animals with Ryan of @savetheanimalssavetheworld

Our sessions are held on the first Sunday of every month at 2pm - 4pm.

The Community Cafes provide a safe, inclusive, accessible and free space for the entire Autistic community to meet up in person, to make connections with similar people.

They require no pre-registration and are open to all people, of any age group with any interest or connection with autism.

It will be open for all ages, and anyone connected with the Autistic community are invited, including Autistic people, parent/carers, wider family members, professionals and any combination of these.

There will be free drinks and snacks available for you, sensory items and some games to play too, should you wish to.

The sessions also give people access to the Charity's resources, where they can find support, advice and other help.
