THURROCK Museum Volunteers' latest exhibition will open at the Thameside Complex in Grays this coming weekend and will remain for two weeks.

The Armistice exhibition will open on Saturday 2 November, closing at 11am on Friday, 15 November. 

The exhibition features six of the war memorials in Thurrock, commemorating local men from the First and Second World Wars for each memorial. 

Sergeant Peter Hockley on the featured poster was from Stanford-le-Hope.
