Join King George and Queen's Hospitals Charity for a 5km run filled with fun obstacles, laughter, and plenty of mud!
Running by yourself, with a friend or as a team, you will embark on the challenge of conquering over 20 obstacles at the much loved Nuclear Races Wild Forest in Brentwood. Whether you're climbing, jumping, crawling, or sliding, our promise is that you will be getting delightfully dirty!
By taking part in this fun but tough run, you're helping to support your local hospitals.
