Join Arts Outburst outside the Sunshine Centre at 3pm as the lights come to life with joyful community choirs, festive activities for all ages.

We'll gather together for a warm, celebratory countdown to Tilbury's big Christmas moment — a sparkling highlight of the season.

The Lights Switch on event starts at 4.30pm with the arrival of father Christmas and there will be performances on stage, food, stalls and a funfair.
