Our FREE 'Toys through Time' exhibition is a trip through how toys have changed through the Victorian era to present day, with a special focus on what toys have been most iconic - from the original Kenner Star Wars collection to Barbie; there's bound to be a loved childhood toy in this collection.

Alongside the toys, we're looking back in time at the once loved toy shops that adorned Thurrock.

Coinciding with the exhibition, we have our event where some of the characters behind the most beloved toys will be roaming around Thameside, ready to talk to and take pictures with children and adults alike!
