Someone has dragged a piano from their house and is playing a tune as others link arms and dance. There are sandwiches, a blancmange and most likely the drink is flowing.

But look closely and you will see that the war has affected everyone. Young, old, male, female, the war touched them all and each of them has a story to tell.
