If you need to contact our box office, phone 0345 300 5264 from Tuesday to Friday between midday and 3pm and Saturday 10am to 1pm. Our box office counter is now also open during these hours and can be found just inside the main entrance of the Thameside Complex. All tickets over £5 are inclusive of a £1.20 per ticket booking fee.
Accessible Seating
Seats 1 to 7 in Rows C and D offer extra leg room. Rows O and P offer extra leg room and these seats can be removed for wheelchairs. Please call the box office to book a wheelchair or accessible seat. If you use a walking aid or wheelchair but would prefer to sit in a seat in the back row, our team can help you into the theatre and keep your chair or frame safe outside until you're ready to leave. Ask a member of our friendly team when you arrive. Mobility scooters cannot be taken into the theatre but may be left in the foyer.
You must have a ticket for children over 12 months old, even if they sit on your lap. Prams, buggies and car seats are not allowed in the theatre but can be left in our foyer.

If you or anyone in your family are experiencing any of the symptoms of COVID-19 please do not attend and follow the Government guidelines. You can request for your tickets to be transferred to another date or a credit applied to your account for a future show.
In order to avoid crowding we are staggering arrival times. Please check your tickets carefully and arrive as per the suggested times below and make your way to your seats as soon as possible.
Rows A-H 30 minutes before your performance
Rows J-P 15 minutes before your performance
There are hand sanitising stations on every floor. We request that you wash your hands regularly
Refunds
Tickets cannot be refunded but at the discretion of the Manager may be transferred to another show or a credit applied to your account. Any difference in ticket price will be payable by the customer.
Covid Disclaimer
Due to the recent pandemic all events will be subject to any government restrictions in place at the time of the event. If we are unable to go ahead with the event, or if numbers have to be restricted, we will automatically transfer your tickets to the next available date. If this is not convenient, or if the show cannot be rescheduled, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to another show.
